Shivani is the founder of BlockSuits and a lawyer currently practising banking and finance. She closely follows regulatory developments in FinTech laws while taking a special interest in cryptocurrencies and blockchain. She has authored various whitepapers providing blockchain-based solutions to enhance use cases.
Samaksh is the co-founder of Blocksuits. He takes specific interest in digital assets and blockchain and their governance on a global scale. His experience in FinTech law includes research and compliance into the regulatory regime of global cryptocurrencies, decentralised ledger technology, and data privacy regulations.

BlockSuits (formerly W-Investment) is an Indian based innovation-led association. Currently, we put forth our thoughts and ideas for technologies and regulatory approaches towards a decentralised world.

In 2018, BlockSuits was started as W-Investment with an idea to create awareness in the financial and securities law ecosystem. With time, the idea evolved into a much bigger project and was rebranded to 'BlockSuits' in 2020.
